Returns & Exchange Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. However, if for whatever reason, you are not satisfied, we would be most happy to provide exchanges and returns for all items purchased from us if the following conditions are met:
- All items must be in their original packaging with product tags intact
- All items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in original condition
- Footwear should have no scuff marks on its outsole
- All items must have been purchased from www.newageyuppies.com
Beauty & Wellness: We’re unable to process returns for opened and used Beauty & Wellness products. All Beauty & Wellness products purchased on newageyuppies.com must be returned unopened, unused, and in original condition and packaging to our Returns warehouse.
Swim and Intimates: We’re unable to process returns for swimwear or intimate apparel items that have been worn or are returned in a soiled condition. All intimate apparel must be returned in original condition, with original packaging and tags attached. All swimwear must be in new and unused condition with sanitary strips in place.
If none of the above conditions are met, we regret to inform that we are unable to process any claims for exchanges or refund regardless that the items have been mailed back to us.
1. Validity for Exchanges & Returns
1.1 All exchanges and returns would need to be raised within 14 days. All requests for returns however, would need to be strictly made online at www.newageyuppies.com.
1.2 If the above term & conditions are fulfilled, please contact us via email at info@newageyuppies.com, we’ll initiate the refund process immediately.
1.3 Once your return has been processed, we’ll send a Return Notification email. Please allow 1-3 business days for refunds to be received to your original form of payment once processed.

2.1 Our returns and exchanges policy does not cover damage resulting from unique, accidental, or random damage that is the result of use by you or wear and tear of a product.
